MoodUp · Effective 11 September 2026
Read this first: MoodUp is a wellbeing app, not healthcare. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or a therapist.
MoodUp is operated by Everflow Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. MoodUp was previously published under the working name "Afirmaciones"; these terms replace the version dated 26 August 2026.
The affirmations and audio in MoodUp are for general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. Nothing in the app should delay or replace care from a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country right away. This app cannot help with that.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MoodUp. If you are a minor where you live, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms for you.
After onboarding you can listen to one free session. Everything else requires MoodUp Pro, which you can get in two ways:
From time to time we may show a limited-time introductory price on the annual subscription (for example, a discount on the first year for a set number of hours). An introductory price applies to the first period only; after that the subscription renews at the regular price shown in the store at the time of purchase. Introductory prices are available once per store account and are not combinable with the free trial.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use MoodUp on devices you own. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer the app, or extract and redistribute its audio or written content.
The affirmations, voice recordings, music, illustrations, name and design of MoodUp belong to Everflow Labs, Inc. or are used under licence. Sharing an affirmation image from inside the app on your own social accounts is expressly allowed and encouraged.
Anything you type into the app, such as a name, stays on your device. We claim no rights over it because we never receive it. See the Privacy Policy for what the app does send.
We try to keep MoodUp working, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will give notice through the app or the stores where practical.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of MoodUp is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; where that is the case, they apply to you only as far as the law allows, and nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may end your access if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
